fabuloso!
Practice is good. I'm paying particular attention to Surya Namaskara and the standing asanas, both of which I've always tended to view as annoying warmups ... knowing better, of course, but more often than not feeling distracted and agitated. Now I'm feeling every little corner of these asanas and am aware of growing strength and mind stability/acceptance during practice. When I'm not doing my practice, I notice how sure and connected I feel on my feet and a sense of fairness and compassion where I'm frequently tempted to be critical (toward others; still working on these toward me!). What does recovery entail for you? How are you doing?
lauren, have you ever thought aproaching other shala/studios for your b.c. workshops? i know you do one at ys, but what about finding out of maybe shala house (kristen and barbara)would let you do one? or you might even consider asking eddie if he would rent/lend you his studio for a workshop? hey, all you need is ask, you have a 50% chance, have a good weekend,
greetings, ivdp
