Buddhist Wisdom

The mindfulness of in and out breathing, of body contemplation, of keeping consciousness of the moment, is a noble occupation and a sublime way, leading to independence of mind and to wisdom.

I love to watch my kids tuck into strange and wonderful foods. I grew up in California, so granola and whole wheat were staples at my house, yet my parents never ventured to far...
Oh, and they have "healthy" pop tarts at our co-op. that I have been begged to buy, and did. They weren't too bad.

About Me

My photo
Northern Westchester, New York, United States
I live by a duck pond. I used to live by the East River. I don't work. I used to work a lot. Now, not so much. I used to teach a lot of yoga. Now not so much. I still practice a lot of yoga though. A LOT. I love my kids, being outdoors, taking photos, reading magazines, writing and stirring the pot. Enjoy responsibly.
