Beauty and the Beast

In honor of tonight's Yoga For Breast Cancer Survivor's Workshop, I wanted to post a link to "Beauty and the Beast: A Memoir by Lauren Cahn", which I sometimes refer to as my memoir of being young, reasonably vain and diagnosed with breast cancer. Glamour Magazine didn't want it :( - but I present it to you for your reading pleasure....

And now I promise...I am going off to practice!
