Lewis the Beagle is home

I spent the entire day at Animal Control, but it was really nice and smooth today. Lewis was released from the "lost animal" list and I was able to adopt him at 10:29 a.m. He is sleeping in a corner of my living room right now with my blanket over him. He seems to be fully housetrained and mostly obedience-trained, but we shall see....it's only been four hours.

No time for Mysore practice today. Will there be time for led later? And if so, what will that do to my Mysore practice tomorrow? Must think....

Which one is this? Is this the older dog or the newer 1 1/2 year old?

Don't know if this'll be true for you, but when I do led in the evening followed by Mysore the next morning, it's as if I've stayed warmed up through the night. Ready to go after one surya A (though I throw in some more, and a few Bs, just to have time to wake up ;-) It's kind of trippy.

I live by a duck pond. I used to live by the East River. I don't work. I used to work a lot. Now, not so much. I used to teach a lot of yoga. Now not so much. I still practice a lot of yoga though. A LOT. I love my kids, being outdoors, taking photos, reading magazines, writing and stirring the pot. Enjoy responsibly.
