The Divine Amma...

The Divine Amma, sometimes referred to as the "Hugging Saint" will be at Yoga Sutra on Thursday, from 2 p.m. and throughout the evening.

I will be teaching my (now) regular Monday morning vinyasa class at 10:00 a.m., but Yoga For Breast Cancer Survivors (as well as Led Ashtanga) will be cancelled for the day.
