I'd love to get my mother to take up Yoga. She's at the age where she's starting to get all these ailments associated with aging. I think it's too bad that Yoga is mostly associated with the already fit -- those who can twist themselves into a pretzel -- and not those who could really benefit the most from it. It's nice to see the work you do here with these women!
