Back to sCool

Julie's post on back to school shopping inspired me to do a little back-to-school shopping myself, online of course.

To begin, I found some fabulous Shiva and Hanuman lunchboxes for the spiritually inclined children amongst us. Don't forget to purchase a case of ganges-boxes for those thirsty kids (or for cleaning your deities), either way.

And as if that's not enough, perhaps you might be interested in an array of School of Yoga t-shirts?

Or....just the right spiral-bound notebook?

To carry all of it in classic spiritual style, I found these lovely and functional deity bags. No kid should have to go to school without the protection of their favorite deity. Batman, Superman, the Incredibles just don't cut it compared to these spiritual superheroes.

Of course, knowing your kid is going to get beaten up in the schoolyard on a daily basis could require some spiritual superheroes of your very own. And for that, well, there's always the yoga.**

About Me

I live by a duck pond. I used to live by the East River. I don't work. I used to work a lot. Now, not so much. I used to teach a lot of yoga. Now not so much. I still practice a lot of yoga though. A LOT. I love my kids, being outdoors, taking photos, reading magazines, writing and stirring the pot. Enjoy responsibly.
