I drove in today, even tho it's a moon day. Figured I would take Hanne's half primary and then just go off and do the rest myself. Got there too late, so I just practiced myself for like two and a half hours - did a TON of backbening work in the Iyengar room, including lying on one of those folding chairs and trying to catch the bottom legs of the chair with my hands. NOT so easy for someone who doesn't articulate the shoulders that easily. It seems absolutely integral to Kapo though. Did Pasasana against the wall about three times each side. Good advice, that, Boodiba.

I live by a duck pond. I used to live by the East River. I don't work. I used to work a lot. Now, not so much. I used to teach a lot of yoga. Now not so much. I still practice a lot of yoga though. A LOT. I love my kids, being outdoors, taking photos, reading magazines, writing and stirring the pot. Enjoy responsibly.

It could be like this: husband is in California. Kids have been in school for 3 weeks now. Haven't had sex in.. oops not supposed to go there.
Drive into the city to see Greg!
