It's been an awesome way for me to focus the rearward bend in the frontal hip musculature, instead of in the back where it does me litle good. I bet a stack of phone books would work. Just grab a few from the front seat of that SUV you drive around and slide them under your butt as you lean back into the pose.Carlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17238446003267829187noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13149662.post-52790497758778830362007-11-05T15:27:00.000-05:002007-11-05T15:27:00.000-05:00I am not trying to rush it...I just want to get to...I am not trying to rush it...I just want to get to that "click" point, where things "click" and you can tell that you are actually DOING something. Like you should work on pushing up through your hips first and stretching out those poas and quads...your knees just keep bending the more you walk your hands in.Lees Lamarhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03405350119148566356noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13149662.post-1558923800817779172007-11-04T22:34:00.000-05:002007-11-04T22:34:00.000-05:00Walking in is good. Right now, they are at your chin.
Try to come back up immediately. What you are doing is actually harder, to wait and then come up. down up down up is actually easier because you have a rhythm, but this usually means you need a teacher to help you establish that rhythm (thank you, David).
Now, if you really must stay down there, stay down and walk in--that was great--and just stay there. Then just come down--don't try to come up. The way you are coming up now is incorrect, though yes, ballsy. But, it will develop a habit that is difficlut to break. i love you.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13149662.post-74910274917497347732007-11-04T19:57:00.000-05:002007-11-04T19:57:00.000-05:00Your drop back looks better than it did last week....Your drop back looks better than it did last week.
