THAT was good fun. on a different note, i have found that binding in parsvokonasana and parivritta parsvokonasana (NOT very ashtanga)has helped my chest and shoulders open up enough to bind reliably in supta kurmasana. give it a whirl!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
