More poses were given out today, by the way, but not to me...someone who got Pasasana yesterday got Krounchasana today...you should come to the later classes! When Guruji is in town, if you want Sir, you will have to come to the later classes...

LaurenYoga Chickiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01370141306007721604noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13149662.post-1141920178228126352006-03-09T11:02:00.000-05:002006-03-09T11:02:00.000-05:00What the F???? I tried it at home, and it seems to work. I was a bit shaky taking my legs back into bhakasana using this method, but I am sure it will just take some getting used to...I am so happy to have bhuja in my repertoire now, but I am REALLY looking forward to tackling the Kurmasanas....I see that as the next really big challenge (of course I do...it involves a bind..anything with a bind is a huge challenge for me for whatever reason...).

LaurenYoga Chickiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01370141306007721604noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13149662.post-1141864134314477102006-03-08T19:28:00.000-05:002006-03-08T19:28:00.000-05:00CONGRATULATIONS!!! It helps if when you bring your feet through, point your toes, bend your arms and lean forward. It will seem like you might come crashing, but you're really close to the floor, i promise!!! I can't figure out coming back up though...Tiffhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13253894801085050348noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13149662.post-1141848442304092502006-03-08T15:07:00.000-05:002006-03-08T15:07:00.000-05:00congrats!congrats!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13149662.post-1141846829727898452006-03-08T14:40:00.000-05:002006-03-08T14:40:00.000-05:00Congrats on Bhujapidasana. There are asanas I can 'feel' even if I can't get them and others I just am not sure about. I blame by size 10 feet. We'll ignore the fact I have long arms.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
